Common use of Continuing Accuracy Clause in Contracts

Continuing Accuracy. All of the representations and warranties contained in this Article or elsewhere in this Agreement shall be true through and until the date on which all obligations of Borrower under this Agreement, the Notes and the Collateral Documents and any other documents executed in connection therewith are fully satisfied.

Continuing Accuracy. All of the representations and warranties contained in this Article or elsewhere in this Agreement shall be true through and until the date on which all obligations of Borrower under this Agreement, the Notes Note and the Collateral Documents and any other documents executed in connection therewith are fully satisfied, and Borrower shall promptly notify Lender of any event which would render any of said representations and warranties untrue or misleading.

All of the representations and warranties contained in this Article or elsewhere in this Agreement shall be true through and until the later of the date on which all obligations of Borrower under this Agreement, the Notes Note and the Collateral Documents and any other documents executed in connection herewith and therewith are fully satisfied, or Borrower shall promptly notify Lender of any event which would render any of said representations and warranties untrue or misleading.

All of the representations and warranties contained in this Article or elsewhere in this Agreement shall be true in all material respects through and until the date on which all obligations of Borrower under this Agreement, the Notes Note and the Collateral Documents and any other documents executed in connection therewith are fully satisfied, and Borrower shall promptly notify Lender of any event which would render any of said representations and warranties materially untrue or misleading.

All of the representations and warranties contained in this Article or elsewhere in this Agreement shall be true through and until the date on which all obligations of Borrower and Guarantor under this Agreement, the Notes and the Collateral Documents Agreement and any other documents executed in connection therewith are fully satisfied.
