CONTINUING ACCURACY OF DEVELOPER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES¶. During the Term, the Developer shall not take any action, or omit to perform any act, that results in a representation and warranty made in Section 2.2 (Representations and Warranties of the Developer) becoming untrue. The Developer shall promptly notify the City if any such representation and warranty becomes untrue. From time to time, the Developer shall provide the City, upon the City’s request, with information reasonably requested by the City to substantiate the continuing accuracy of these representations and warranties.
