CONTINUED SATISFACTION. The Bank shall have remained satisfied with the Borrower's managerial and financial status; D. Additional Approvals, Opinions, and Documents. The Bank shall have received such other approvals, opinions and documents as it may reasonably request; and

CONTINUED SATISFACTION. On reasonable request by Hireup at any time during the term of this Agreement, you must provide evidence that the information provided in satisfaction of the Conditions continues to be complete and accurate. If at any time during the term of this Agreement the information provided by you would no longer satisfy the Conditions, Hireup reserves its right to terminate this Agreement in accordance with paragraph 9.3 of this Agreement.
