Continued Publication Clause Samples
The Continued Publication clause allows certain materials, works, or information to remain publicly available or be published even after the termination or expiration of an agreement. In practice, this clause typically applies to content such as academic articles, research findings, or marketing materials that were created or released during the term of the contract. By including this provision, the parties ensure that valuable or necessary information can continue to be accessed or disseminated, thereby preventing disruption to ongoing projects or public access due to the end of the contractual relationship.
