Continued Obligation. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ POWER at all times shall remain liable for all acts, actions, inactions, obligations, duties and liabilities related in any way to this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly released in writing by the COUNTY. Unless otherwise expressly agreed to by the COUNTY in writing, the COUNTY will look to and communicate directly with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ POWER with respect to all matters (including, without limitation, all payment obligations and events of default) under this Agreement and will not have any obligation to communicate with any Affiliate, assignee, sublessee, sublicensee or GSF.
