Common use of Continued Efforts Clause in Contracts

Continued Efforts. From the date hereof until the earlier of the Closing or termination of this Agreement, each Party shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and take such commercially reasonable actions to cause the conditions to Closing set forth in Article V to be satisfied; provided, however, the foregoing shall not obligate any Party to waive any of its conditions to Closing.

Continued Efforts.
