Continue Lease. Pursue the remedy described in California Civil Code Section 1951.4 whereby Landlord may continue this Lease in full force and effect after ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s breach and recover the Rent and any other monetary charges as they become due, without terminating Tenant’s right to sublet or assign this Lease, subject only to reasonable limitations as herein provided. During the period Tenant is in default, Landlord shall have the right to do all acts necessary to preserve and maintain the Premises as Landlord deems reasonable and necessary, and Landlord can enter the Premises.
