Common use of Continue Lease Clause in Contracts

Continue Lease. After the occurrence of an Event of Default, Landlord shall have the right to enforce, by suit or otherwise, all other covenants and conditions hereof to be performed or complied with by Tenant and to exercise all other remedies permitted by the laws of the state in which the Parcel is located. Upon application by Landlord, a receiver may be appointed to take possession of such Parcel and exercise all rights granted to Landlord as set forth in this Section 19.2.
