The Servicer will not direct the Administrative Agent to make any investment of funds or to sell any investment held in the Revolving Facility Collection Account unless the security interest Granted and perfected in the account in favor of the Collateral Agent will continue to be perfected in the investment or the proceeds of the sale without further action by any Person.
