Continuation Following Termination of Employment Under Certain Circumstances. If Participant’s employment with the Company shall, at any time during the Performance Period, be terminated under circumstances which, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Employment Agreement, do not result in the forfeiture of this Award, this Award shall not forfeit and shall be paid at the time and in the amount provided for in, and subject to the terms and conditions of, this Agreement, consistent with the provisions of the Employment Agreement.
