CONTINUANCE IN FORCE Sample Clauses

The "Continuance in Force" clause defines the conditions under which an agreement or specific provisions within it remain effective beyond the initial term or after certain events occur. Typically, this clause ensures that key obligations, such as confidentiality, indemnity, or dispute resolution, continue to bind the parties even after the contract expires or is terminated. Its core practical function is to maintain the enforceability of essential rights and duties, thereby protecting the interests of the parties and preventing gaps in legal coverage after the main contract period ends.
