Contested Project Sample Clauses

Contested Project. The terms and conditions of Addendum A with respect to the Contested Project are hereby incorporated into this Agreement as if set forth fully herein and constitute a material part of this Agreement. If the terms and conditions of Addendum A conflict with any terms or conditions of this Agreement, the terms and conditions of Addendum A shall supersede and control over the conflicting terms and conditions of this Agreement.
