Common use of Contested Amounts Clause in Contracts

Contested Amounts. In the event that any Response Notice indicates that there is a dispute as to all or any portion of a Claim Amount (a "Contested Amount"), the Shareholder Representative and Parent shall for a period of not more than thirty (30) days attempt in good faith to resolve such Contested Amount.
