Contents of Notice. The Notice of Conversion/Continuation shall set forth the following information with respect to the Loan subject thereto: (A) the Pricing Conversion Date, which shall be a Business Day; (B) the amount of the LIBOR Loan or Base Rate Loan to be converted or continued; (C) whether such Loan is to be converted into/continued as a LIBOR Loan or a Base Rate Loan; and (D) if such Loan (or any portion thereof) is to be converted into/continued as a LIBOR Loan, the applicable Interest Period.
