Content Restriction. Any literature to be distributed or posted must not be defamatory, obscene, or hold any individual to ridicule. It must be dated and must identify the person or organization responsible for its promulgation.
Content Restriction. Any derogatory, false, or misleading postings may be removed by the Employer. The Employer will immediately contact the Union, to determine the appropriateness of the material. If a mutual agreement is not reached then the posting will be re-posted and may be grieved by the Employer and removed only if the claim prevails through the grievance process.
