Content-ID registration Clause Samples
The Content-ID registration clause establishes the requirement for registering unique identifiers for specific content within a system or agreement. Typically, this involves assigning a distinct Content-ID to each piece of digital media, such as videos, images, or documents, to facilitate tracking, management, and rights administration. By mandating Content-ID registration, the clause ensures that all relevant content can be accurately identified and monitored, thereby reducing the risk of duplication, unauthorized use, or disputes over ownership.
