Content Display. OrbitTravel shall have the right to display any --------------- Content provided by AsiaGateway through any or all of OrbitTravel's on-line distribution channels, including, but not limited to, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, and the Global Distribution Systems. Any Content display shall be at OrbitTravel's sole and absolute discretion, and OrbitTravel reserves the right to refuse the display of any Content that it determines to be inappropriate for on-line display and distribution. OrbitTravel shall display credit to AsiaGateway in connection with any Content displayed on-line, and, if practicable, will brand the Content with the AsiaGateway logo.
Content Display. Throughout the Term, Licensee shall provide the Licensed Content on the Licensee Site and Related Media solely to the extent of and within the scope of the license granted in this Agreement and otherwise in accordance with the following:
(a) Licensee shall present the Licensed Content solely in accordance with the specifications and restrictions set forth in Schedule 4.
(b) Licensee shall change its corporate name to Go-Page, Inc.
(c) Licensee shall update Licensed Content on the Licensee Site and Related Media promptly upon receipt of such updates from the Licensor.
(d) Licensee shall present each Content Item solely in its entirety (without any addition, modification or deletion).
(e) Licensee shall remove the Licensed Content from the Licensee Site and Related Media immediately upon the expiration or earlier termination of the License Term for such Content Item.
Content Display. As between GBT Holdco and Amex, Amex shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to determine (i) which content is displayed at its point of sale (both online and offline), (ii) how such content is displayed and (iii) the order of the search results for such content all of which will be consistent with past practice prior to the Effective Date.
Content Display. Throughout the Term, Tribal shall have the right, but not the obligation, to provide the Licensed Content on the Services solely to the extent of and within the scope of the license granted in this Agreement and otherwise in accordance with the following:
(a) Tribal shall present each Content Item solely in accordance with any selections, options, restrictions, or other instructions selected through the Services or otherwise provided by Content Partner in conjunction with its provision or upload of such Content Item.
(b) Tribal shall update Licensed Content on the Tribal Site and Related Media promptly upon receipt from the Content Partner.
(c) Tribal shall present each Content Item solely in its entirety (without any addition, modification, or deletion).
(d) Tribal shall not imply, directly or indirectly, including by displaying the Licensed Content together with content provided by Tribal or third parties, that Content Partner provides, endorses, sponsors, certifies, or approves of other content included within the Services or any products or services advertised in or near the Content Partner's Content. Tribal shall present the Licensed Content and Content Partner's Marks in such manner as to avoid any likelihood of confusion as to the source of the Licensed Content and such other materials.
(e) Tribal shall remove each Content Item from the Tribal Site and Related Media immediately upon the expiration or earlier termination of the License Term for such Content Item.
(f) Tribal may, at its sole discretion, remove any Content Item at any time with or without cause or notice to the Content Partner.
