Container Type Clause Samples
The Container Type clause defines the specific kind or category of container to be used for transporting goods under a contract. It typically specifies details such as the size, material, or configuration of containers—such as 20-foot or 40-foot shipping containers, refrigerated units, or specialized cargo containers—depending on the nature of the goods being shipped. By clearly identifying the required container type, this clause ensures that both parties understand the logistical requirements and helps prevent disputes over improper or inadequate packaging during shipment.
