Common use of Container Labeling Clause in Contracts

Container Labeling. On the body of each Container, Contractor shall label the type of materials to 2861 be placed in the Container for Collection (e.g., Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, Organic 2862 Materials, cardboard, mixed paper, yard trimmings, wood waste, metal, etc.). The labeling shall 2863 be positioned on the side of each Container so it is visible to the Subscriber at all times.
