Container Handling Productivity. QICT shall operate and maintain the Terminal in accordance with Prudent Terminal Practice for comparable size/capacity terminals and vessels in the region. QICT shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that a productivity norm of at least 18 to 20 containers per hour per shore side gantry crane is achieved under normal working conditions within one year after the completion of the Project and is maintained until the Expiry Date.
