Container Cleaning. Contractor shall provide for cleaning of Containers, including Carts, 662 Bins, and Roll-off Containers as requested by Service Recipients or the City per the charges listed in Exhibit 663 3. There shall be no cost to the City for the cleaning of containers in use at City facilities.
