Common use of Consumer Privacy Clause in Contracts

Consumer Privacy. a.) In connection with this Agreement, the Company will cause the Agent to be provided Information, which will include nonpublic personal data regarding customers and bank account records. Unless required by law or unless prior written consent is obtained from the Company, the Agent will not knowingly disclose any such nonpublic personal data except to persons described in Section 3 a.), in connection with performing the Services.
