Consumable / Spare Part Availability. 19.1. All consumables such as waste toner boxes, fuser units, replacement toners/cartridges and staples should be delivered and installed directly to the device, with no additional charge and within 4 hours.
19.2. Urgent delivery of consumables within 1 hour and without charge may be required by the end user in exceptional circumstances.
19.3. Equipment requiring replacement spare parts should be available and fitted by an engineer within 1 working day of the fault being diagnosed.
19.4. Replacement spare parts requiring engineer installation should not be delivered directly to the end user unless agreed.
19.5. The Supplier’s onsite staff will hold a store of toner, paper, staples and other frequently used items to ensure that emergency replacements are available on site and that fleet management tool alerts can be responded to promptly.

18.2 Urgent delivery of consumables within 1 working day (24 hours) may be required by End Users in exceptional circumstances.
18.3 Equipment requiring replacement spare parts should be available and fitted by an engineer within 1 working day of the fault being diagnosed.
18.4 Replacement spare parts requiring engineer installation should not be delivered directly to the Customer/End User.
