CONSULTING SERVICES PROVIDED. 3.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the County shall render the Consulting Services set forth in the Statement of Work, which is attached to this Agreement as Schedule “A” and incorporated into this Agreement herein by reference. The Schedule “A” Statement of Work may be added to or amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the Parties. 3.2 The County represents and warrants that County Administrative Staff will perform the Consulting Services in a competent workmanlike manner and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
