Consultations between Operators. As soon as practicable following the giving of any notification pursuant to Clause 3.1 which includes a statement in the terms referred to in Clause 9.1, the Operator intending to effect such Discontinuation shall :- 9.3.1 consult with each Recipient with a view in each case to establishing what, if any, alternative arrangements are practicable and appropriate to be put in place by the Recipient in substitution for those Operations and the period reasonably required to do so; and 9.3.2 attempt to agree with the Recipient any temporary or transitional arrangements that may be practicable and appropriate to be put in place by such Operator and/or the Recipient and the period reasonably required to do so.
