Common use of Consultation Clause in Contracts

Consultation. It is not practicable to consult with the Parents and the Pupil over every change that may take place. Whenever practicable, the School will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Parents will be consulted and provided with reasons for the change and where possible given at least a Term's notice in writing of: 11.5.1 a change of ethos or culture; or 11.5.2 a change in any physical aspect of the School which would have a significant effect on the Pupil's education or pastoral care; or 11.5.3 a change of ownership of the School.
