CONSULTANT CERTIFICATIONS. 14.20.1 Consultant certifies that Consultant (i) is a duly qualified, capable and otherwise bondable business entity; (ii) is not in receivership and does not contemplate same; (iii) has not filed for bankruptcy, and is not currently delinquent with respect to payment of property taxes within Travis County; and (iv) is duly licensed in the State of Texas to perform the work described in this Agreement. 14.20.2 Consultant further represents and warrants that: (i) all applicable copyrights, patents and licenses that may exist on materials used in this Agreement have been adhered to; and
