Construing this Agreement. This Agreement is to be construed and interpreted with all changes in number and gender as may be required by the context. The obligations of the parties contained in this Agreement have, where applicable, the status of representations, warranties and covenants by the respective obligated party. Time is of the essence of this Agreement, including if any extension of time is permitted.
