Construction; Siting. Grantee will inform Owner prior to the Start of Construction of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s plan and schedule for construction on the Property, and discuss the measures Grantee will take during construction to minimize conflicts between ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s construction activities and Owner’s ongoing agricultural operations. Grantee will present a preliminary site development plan showing the proposed location of the Windpower Facilities on the Property for Owner’s information, and solicit Owner’s advice and input, before finalizing the site design. (Comment: Grantee may listen to Owner’s advice or may ignore it, as there is no requirement for Grantee to incorporate Owner’s input into ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s plan.)
