Construction Sector. Where any component of a previously completed construction job is subse- quently replaced with another component of a different size or capacity for the purpose of substantially changing the overall use, design, capacity or intent of the original system, such work is construction work. Construction covers all piping hanger materials for the installation of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems regardless of size, and the installation of all manufactured equipment, built up or packaged, including the setting of same such as air handlers, condensers, towers, chillers, compressors, free standing coils and the installation of reheat coils controls where attached, condensate drain lines and refrig- erated market equipment. Work of the following types shall be deemed to come under the jurisdiction of this Collective Agreement:

Construction Sector. Since the late 1990’s the construction industry has boomed in Ulaanbaatar due to a number of factors including the privatization of apartments, offices and other business spaces, an increase in foreign investments in real estate, and now the privatization of land. From 2001 to 2002, construction company sales have increased by 23 billion tugrigs from 75 billion tugrigs to 98 billion tugrigs. There are a number of foreign owned or joint venture companies operating in the market however wholly Mongolian owned companies captured 74% of the market in 2002. The four largest construction companies operating in Ulaanbaatar are the Ulaanbaatar Construction JS company, Erel Construction, Barilga Corporation and Niislel Orgoo. These four companies all own and operate their own construction material factories that supply them with some of the needed materials. There are a number of other large businesses operating in Ulaanbaatar in the communication, financial, mining and other sectors, however at this point we do not foresee a potential for linkages between our primary clientele and large businesses in these sectors.

  • Construction Completion The related Construction shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the related Plans and Specifications, the related Deed and all Applicable Laws, and such Leased Property shall be ready for occupancy and operation. All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems.   • Construction; Severability In the event that any provision of this Agreement conflicts with the law under which this Agreement is to be construed or if any such provision is held invalid by a court with jurisdiction over the Parties to this Agreement, (i) such provision will be deemed to be restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the Parties in accordance with applicable law, and (ii) the remaining terms, provisions, covenants and restrictions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Member’s installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards.
