Construction Quality Control. The Developer shall perform and document all required construction PC and IQC activities necessary to control the Work. The QMP shall extend to both permanent and temporary Work (erosion control, traffic control, drainage, etc.). Records of inspection and testing activities (other than materials inspection and testing) shall be submitted to the Department through Aconex. Records of materials inspection and testing shall be submitted to the Department through the Department’s Quality Records Database (QRD), a secure web-based application. The Department will provide user accounts and training for use by the Developer of the QRD. Materials test reports will also require entry of meta- data fields for analysis and comparison to the Department’s verification test results.

1. Representative shall assist the Design Team and the County in the preparation of final project “punch lists” and facilitate their timely completion.
2. Representative shall ensure that all building commissioning and turnover is completed.
3. Representative shall review all warranty documentation, including as-built documents and operations and maintenance manuals, to ensure compliance with project specifications.
4. Representative shall assist in collecting project close-out documents.
5. Representative shall review training requirements.
6. Representative shall assist in receiving attic stock items.
7. Representative shall assist the County in the set-up of a warranty control system with the ▇▇▇▇.
8. Representative shall monitor the 11-month walkthrough.
9. Representative shall review any final change order for the ▇▇▇▇ and aid/review in any accounting necessary to provide Final Application for Payment to the ▇▇▇▇.
