Construction Quality. The CM shall use its best efforts to guard the District against defects and deficiencies in construction and workmanship of the Assigned Project on the basis of its Site observations, and a quality control program established and implemented hereunder to monitor construction workmanship for conformity with: (i) accepted industry standards; (ii) applicable laws, codes, regulations, ordinances or rules; (iii) and the requirements of the Construction Documents.
Construction Quality. 3. The Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with applicable standards and international best practice for design, technical specifications, construction supervision, quality control and project management. Sector Development

The Borrower shall cause MOTC to ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with applicable technical specifications and design, and that the construction supervision, quality control and project management are performed in accordance with applicable standards and best international practices.
Construction Quality. The Developer Property has been built in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by Trendwest, and has been constructed in accordance with all applicable building, fire and electrical codes and all other governmental regulations applicable to the Developer Property. All work done in construction of the Developer Property was completed in a good and workmanlike manner and all materials utilized in such construction were of good quality. To the best knowledge of the Developer, the Developer Property is free of any and all material defects.

The Borrower shall cause MOR and the Project Company to ensure that the Project Railway is constructed in accordance with the Borrower's national technical standards, and that construction supervision, quality control, and contract management are carried out in a periodic and satisfactory manner.

The Borrower shall ensure or caused to be ensured that (i) the Project road is rehabilitated or constructed in accordance with the technical specifications of the design; and (ii) construction supervision, quality control and contract management are performed in accordance with internationally acceptable standards. The Borrower shall cause IPBC to ensure that the Project facilities are built in accordance with the design technical specifications and that construction supervision, quality control, and contract management are implemented in accordance with the internationally accepted standards.

The Recipient, through MRTT, shall ensure that (i) the Project road is constructed in accordance with the Recipient’s national technical standards; (ii) Project construction supervision, quality control, and contract management are conducted in accordance with the Recipient’s national standards and internationally accepted practices; (iii) ongoing Works under the Recipient’s financing are executed in accordance with the national technical standards; and
Construction Quality. 18. The Borrower shall ensure that NHA (a) improves the Project Road in accordance with the design technical specifications; and (b) performs construction supervision, quality control, and contract management in accordance with internationally accepted standards.
