No Supervision. The Security Trustee shall not be obliged to monitor or supervise the performance by any substitute Administrator of its duties hereunder or in relation to the other Transaction Documents, nor shall the Security Trustee be responsible or liable for any act or omission of such substitute Administrator or for any loss caused thereby.
No Supervision. Trendwest shall have no right, power or obligation to assist, supervise or control financial terms, manner or means by which Developer develops the Developer Property.
No Supervision. I understand that I am purchasing a membership at a 24-hour facility that allows access at any time. As such, I am aware that there will be no supervision or assistance except during staffed hours. Staffed hours may change at the sole discretion of the gym. I am aware that if I get injured, become unconscious, suffer a stroke or heart attack or any other medical emergency or event that there will likely be no one to respond to my emergency and that the gym has no duty to provide assistance to me while I am at the gym. I understand that even though the gym is equipped with surveillance cameras, which record but are not monitored continuously, help or assistance will not be available during non-staffed hours.
No Supervision. Neither Funding Security Trustee shall be obliged to monitor or supervise the performance by any substitute Servicer of its duties hereunder or in relation to the other Transaction Documents, nor shall the Funding Security Trustees be responsible or liable for any act or omission of such substitute Servicer or for any loss caused thereby.

The Sixth Issuer Security Trustee shall be under no obligation to monitor or supervise the respective functions of the Sixth Issuer Account Banks under the Sixth Issuer Bank Account Agreement or the Sixth Issuer Cash Manager under the Sixth Issuer Cash Management Agreement or of any other person under or pursuant to any of the other Transaction Documents.
No Supervision. Subject to the provisions allowing the Bond Trustee to appoint agents and delegates the Bond Trustee will be under no obligation to monitor or supervise the respective functions of the Account Bank under the Bank Account Agreement, the Cash Manager under the Cash Management Agreement or of any other Person under or pursuant to any of the other Transaction Documents.
No Supervision. The Security Trustee shall be under no obligation to monitor or supervise the functions of any other person under or pursuant to any of the other Transaction Documents.

The Security Trustee shall be under no obligation to monitor or supervise the respective functions of the Third Issuer Account Bank under the Third Issuer Bank Account Agreement or the Third Issuer Cash Manager under the Third Issuer Cash Management Agreement or of any other person under or pursuant to any of the other Transaction Documents.

The Security Trustee shall be under no obligation to monitor or supervise the respective functions of the Fifth Issuer Account Bank under the Fifth Issuer Bank Account Agreement or the Fifth Issuer Cash Manager under the Fifth Issuer Cash Management Agreement or of any other person under or pursuant to any of the other Transaction Documents.
No Supervision. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord will provide absolutely no supervision in the Facility and that Tenant is, therefore, using the Facility at Tenant’s own risk. Landlord shall have no responsibility to monitor or supervise the activities of individuals using the Facility nor have any responsibility for resolving disputes or disagreements between individuals utilizing the Facility. No doctors, first aid or paramedic personnel will be available from the Landlord.
