Construction Progress Schedules Sample Clauses

The Construction Progress Schedules clause requires the contractor to prepare and submit detailed timelines outlining the sequence and timing of construction activities. Typically, this involves providing a schedule that identifies key milestones, deadlines, and dependencies for various phases of the project, which may need to be updated regularly to reflect actual progress or changes. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of the project timeline, facilitating coordination, monitoring, and timely completion of the work.
