Construction Procurement Stage. a. Bid Procedures: Except as otherwise provided, the Consultant will not be required to prepare any advertisements for bids. The County shall obtain the NYS Prevailing Wage Rates and furnish them to the consultant for incorporation into the Project Manual. i. The Consultant shall prepare all addenda in response to bidder questions, owner requests and revisions. Consultant to furnish addenda to Department Liaison for posting on County website in a timely manner.
