Common use of Construction Permit Application Clause in Contracts

Construction Permit Application. Within five (5) Business Days of the Effective Date, (i) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall promptly and timely file with the FCC, and thereafter diligently prosecute, a minor change application for a construction permit for Sharee’s Station in order to implement this Agreement (and, if required, include with such application a copy of this Agreement with appropriate redactions of confidential information) (the “Construction Permit Application”) and (ii) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall transmit the required notices to viewers and MVPDs. Sharer shall ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ with such information and assistance as ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may reasonably request in connection with Sharee’s preparation of the Construction Permit Application.
