Construction Oversight Process Sample Clauses

The Construction Oversight Process clause establishes the procedures and responsibilities for monitoring and supervising construction activities throughout a project. Typically, this clause outlines the roles of project managers, inspectors, or third-party consultants in reviewing work progress, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications, and documenting any issues or deviations. By defining a clear oversight process, the clause helps maintain quality standards, ensures timely identification and correction of problems, and reduces the risk of costly errors or delays during construction.
