Common use of Construction or Rehabilitation of Mortgaged Property Clause in Contracts

Construction or Rehabilitation of Mortgaged Property. For all Mortgage Loans other than specific mortgage products agreed upon by Buyer in writing, no Mortgage Loan was made in connection with the construction or rehabilitation of a Mortgaged Property or facilitating the trade-in or exchange of a Mortgaged Property.

Construction or Rehabilitation of Mortgaged Property. For all Mortgage Loans other than specific mortgage products agreed upon Unless otherwise approved by Buyer in writingwriting and other than with respect to FHA 203k and 203b Mortgage Loans, no Mortgage Loan was made in connection with the construction or rehabilitation of a Mortgaged Property or facilitating the trade-in or exchange of a Mortgaged Property.

Construction or Rehabilitation of Mortgaged Property. For all Mortgage Loans other than specific mortgage products agreed upon by Buyer in writing, no No Purchased Mortgage Loan was made in connection with the construction or rehabilitation of a Mortgaged Property (other than a construction-to-permanent loan which has converted to a permanent Mortgage Loan and such construction has been completed pursuant to the terms of such Mortgage Loan) or facilitating the trade-in or exchange of a Mortgaged Property.

For all Mortgage Loans other than Agency Eligible Escrow Mortgage Loans or specific mortgage products agreed upon by Buyer in writing, no Mortgage Loan was made in connection with the construction or rehabilitation of a Mortgaged Property or facilitating the trade-in or exchange of a Mortgaged Property.

For all Other than with respect to [***] or any other specific Mortgage Loans other than specific mortgage products agreed upon by Loan acceptable to Buyer in writing, no Mortgage Loan was made in connection with the construction or rehabilitation of a Mortgaged Property or facilitating the trade-in or exchange of a Mortgaged Property.
