CONSTRUCTION OF RELEASE AGREEMENT AND VENUE FOR DISPUTES. This Release Agreement shall be deemed to have been jointly drafted by the parties, and shall not be construed against any party. It shall be governed by the law of the State of Georgia, and the parties agree that any actions arising out of or relating to the interpretation or enforcement of this Release Agreement must be brought exclusively in either the Superior Court of DeKalb County, Georgia or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. The parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive all possible objections thereto.
