The words “herein,” “hereof” and “hereunder” and other words of similar import refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular section, paragraph or other subdivision; and the word “section” refers to the entire section and not to any particular subsection, paragraph of other subdivision; and “Agreement” and each of the Loan Documents referred to herein mean the agreement as originally executed and as hereafter modified, supplemented, extended, consolidated, or restated from time to time.
