Common use of Construction of Certain Provisions Clause in Contracts

Construction of Certain Provisions. All computations required hereunder and all financial terms used herein shall be made or construed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles unless such principles are inconsistent with the express requirements of this Guaranty. If any provision of this Guaranty refers to any action to be taken by any person, or which such person is prohibited from taking, such provision shall be applicable whether such action is taken directly or indirectly by such person, whether or not expressly specified in such provision.
