Common use of Construction Manager Clause in Contracts

Construction Manager. The City designated employee, project manager or an individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture or other legal entity under contract with City to perform construction management services for the Project. The term "Construction Manager" means Construction Manager or Construction Manager's authorized representative.

Construction Manager. The City designated employee, project manager Person or an individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture or other legal entity firm under contract with the City as its authorized representative to oversee and administer construction of the Work, and who may perform construction management services for the Project. The term "Construction Manager" means Construction role of Project Manager or Construction Manager's authorized representativeand Inspector, as designated by City Engineer in writing.
