Common use of Construction Management Clause in Contracts

Construction Management. Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall have the right to supervise the Work and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to $.20 per rentable square foot of the Premises.

Construction Management. Landlord or its Affiliate affiliate or agent shall have the right to supervise the Work and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Base Building Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to $.20 per rentable square foot one and one half percent (1.5%) of the Premiseshard costs portion of Total Construction Costs, not to exceed $10,000.00. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Landlord shall have no liability with respect to the performance of the Work.
