Common use of Construction Management Clause in Contracts

Construction Management. Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

Construction Management. Landlord or its Affiliate affiliate or agent shall supervise the Expansion Space Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Expansion Space Work, the Building and the Building’s Systemssystems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s the Total Construction Costs specified in Section 7(excluding the construction supervision fee).

Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant Work and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems's systems and equipment. In consideration for Landlord’s 's construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three four percent (34%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7the Total Construction Costs. The Expansion Premises Construction Allowance may be used to pay such costs.

Construction Management. Landlord or its Affiliate affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building Building, and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three five percent of the Total Construction Costs (3%) exclusive of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7the construction supervision fee).

In consideration for Landlord’s 's construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three five percent (35%) of Tenant’s Costs specified the Construction Allowance (as it may be increased in accordance with Section 711 below). The Construction Allowance may be used to pay such costs.

Construction Management. Landlord or its Affiliate affiliate or agent shall supervise the WorkWork with oversight by Xxxxxx’s construction manager, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building Property and the Building’s Systemssystems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent of the Total Construction Costs of the Work (3%) exclusive of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7the construction supervision fee).

In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified the hard construction costs included in Section 7the Improvements (the “Construction Supervision Fee”), which shall be deducted from the Construction Allowance.

In consideration for Landlord’s 's construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three five percent (35%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7the Total Construction Costs. The Construction Allowance may be used to pay such costs.
