Common use of Construction Liability Clause in Contracts

Construction Liability. Tenant, at its own cost and expense, shall obtain and maintain at all times when demolition, excavation, or construction work is in progress being done by Tenant on the Premises, construction liability insurance with limits of not less than $500,000.00 and $2,000,000.00 in the general aggregate for bodily injury and property damage, protecting Landlord and Tenant as well as such other person or persons as Tenant may designate against any and all liability for injury or damage to any person or property in any way arising out of such demolition, excavation, or construction work.

Construction Liability.
