Construction Inspection, Sampling, and Testing. SCDOT shall provide field and laboratory services to include inspection, sampling, and testing in accordance with SCDOT and other applicable requirements, procedures, and guidelines. Field inspection services and sampling and testing services will be performed to determine compliance with the Project plans, specifications, and all applicable SCDOT and other applicable requirements, procedures, and guidelines.
