Construction in Progress. Construction of the Pipeline Segment B shall be under the direction of TAMPA BAY WATER. The COUNTY shall also have the right, through the Hillsborough County Water Resources Department and/or its consultants, to visit the site and observe the construction progress through Final Completion of the project. Both TAMPA BAY WATER and the COUNTY recognize that shutdowns will be required during construction of the Pipeline Project, and the PARTIES agree to work cooperatively to plan, coordinate, and conduct required shutdowns associated with construction of the Pipeline Project. 5.2.1 Shop Drawings – TAMPA BAY WATER shall be solely responsible for reviewing the shop drawings submitted by the Contractor pursuant to the Construction Plans. The Contractor shall forward all such submittals to TAMPA BAY WATER’S Project Manager in a timely manner. 5.2.2 TAMPA BAY WATER shall be responsible for site inspection, project inspection and payment recommendations.
