CONSTRUCTION IMPACT MINIMIZATION. Redevelopment and temporary or permanent relocation that occurs as a result of the construction process is inherently disruptive, particularly to senior citizens. To minimize such disruption, the Owner will implement this Plan in cooperation with the community. All residents will be kept informed of scheduling for construction through notices and ongoing resident meetings as necessary after the commencement of redevelopment. As described above, prior to starting construction, the Property Manager, the General Contractor, and the Relocation Agent will meet with the residents to explain the redevelopment process. Below are the estimated funding sources to provide construction and permanent financing for the Horizontal Project as of the date of this Agreement.
