Common use of Construction Expenses Clause in Contracts

Construction Expenses. To the Loan Parties’ knowledge, all costs and expenses of any and all labor, materials, supplies and equipment used in the construction or repair of improvements on each Eligible Property have been paid in full. To the Loan Parties’ knowledge, no Liens for payment for work, labor or materials affecting such Eligible Property have been filed.
