Common use of Construction Completion Clause in Contracts

Construction Completion. Feld hereby unconditionally covenants and warr▇▇▇▇ as follows: (i) the Project shall be constructed in a good and workmanlike manner and all work shall be performed in accordance with the terms of Section 6.11 hereof; (ii) Feld shall fully and timely perform all of its ▇▇▇er obligations under this Agreement; and (iii) subject to Force Majeure, it shall cause (a) Substantial Completion of the Project to occur within twenty-seven (27) months after the Construction Loan Closing Date; (b) Final Completion to occur within twenty-nine (29) months after the Construction Loan Closing Date; and (c) all Final Closing Funding Conditions shall be satisfied prior to the Outside Date.
